The Thermal Labels are much softer than the ones we were using from a different company, so also easier to peel', but they don't seem to work with out thermal printer and jam up the printer when at the end of a reel, rather than alerting us like the other labels we used to buy did?

I can't thank Robe enough; I have spent hundreds of pounds on labels from Seaward as a pat tester as my Zebra RW220 printer is re-badged by them. I found a label on eBay that I thought might work, Rob was quick to point out that they would not but offered to make me some that would work with my printer. The labels made he even made a new eBay listing just so I could order quickly with no hassles. Specially made labels with me in just a few days, brilliant. They arrived but I couldn’t get them to work, so one message to Rob & he helped me find an updated App to change settings on my printer to make them work, something I had never seen & been told changing the settings couldn’t be done. I know there's not enough space on eBay’s positive feedback for Me to tell everyone how wonderful he has been. I can’t thank you enough for making these labels for me & then advising me on seeing if there was a printer setting to make them work. I was spending £20 + for a roll of about 180 labels. 8600 Labels that do work from here was just over £55 delivered, it is a no brainer. With exceptional service & the best value anywhere WHY would you go anywhere else. I now I won’t be. Thank you from Steve at Handyplus Electrical Safety Testing & Appliance Repairs.
