Any charges incurred by labelmetrics.co.uk for incorrectly sending out items based on information provided by you will be charged to you.
• If a delivery when attempted is unable to be made by the 3rd party courier a calling card will be left with details of how to claim your parcel. Failure to complete a delivery by you will result in you covering any charges that have been incurred by Labelmetrics.co.uk. If the customer requires the re-delivery of goods a cost delivery charge will be applied.
